Shipping
Standard UPS/Fed Ex shipping and insurance charges shall be added. Please specify your shipping preference when ordering.
Return Policy
In the event of cancellation, returns must be received within 30 days with less than 15 treatments and/or 10 hours of usage. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Warranty
One year limited manufacturers warranty for parts and labor included. Shipping and Handling does not cover accidental damage to the unit (water, stepped on, bitten, dropped, etc), unless shipping insurance is otherwise requested. Please specify any shipping insurance requests when placing your order.
Cleaning
Wipe transducers and wraps with alcohol between patients and after every use. Keep control unit dry.
